Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Each piece is handmade, so during busy periods (such as holiday seasons or product launches) processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post 

Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout

Express shipping: Calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping on orders over $120

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Rural and remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packing your order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@samantouxco.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
